This is me a few years ago


My story is no different from that of thousands of women. After 3 pregnancies, my weight fluctuated and I was on a constant diet. Each of the diets ended in a disaster. The weight was coming back and I was finally depressed.


After years of struggling and experimenting with expensive, magic diets, I decided to learn how to eat correctly. At the age of 39, I took nutrition courses and became a nutritionist ... but it wasn't enough for me...

This is me NOW

  • At the age of 40, I entered College and graduated with the title of Psycho Dietitian

  • At the age of 42, I took nutrition coaching courses to find a way of teaching and helping people to go through changes. I became a Nutrition Coach

  • At the age of 43, I entered University and soon I will graduate with the title of Clinical Dietitian

But most important I found a way to lose weight and became a confident and fulfilled woman with my new passion and mission - to help women like me.

With a group of other nutrition coaches and dietitians, we invented a revolutionary 12-week plan to change the eating habits of people by taking small steps. This plan gives the possibility to learn and understand proper eating rules and most importantly helps to implement this knowledge by practicing.

Q: Will you create a ready menu for me?

A: No, I do not believe in a ready diet plan. You will not eat all your life by the routine of someone else. What if you want an egg for breakfast and on the list there is chicken? You will lose your motivation. My goal is to teach you and let you practice preparation your own well-balanced meals. You will eat what you like and take care to make it delicious. For You and your family.

Q: Will I always have to be on a diet?

A: My plan for you is not be on a diet at all :) My plan is to teach you how to eat properly and change your habits forever. You will do it by understanding and practicing.

Q: Does it means I will never be able to eat pizza or drink beer again?

A: I will change your way of thinking about taking care of yourself. Insight and outside.

Like with makeup - we wash off the makeup every evening to keep our skin healthy but ... sometimes we are just too lazy to do it so we don't. Or we are thought by parents to brush our teeth before going to bed but ... sometimes we forget ...

In both situations, we will do it the next morning right?

The same is with eating ... we keep 80% healthy habits and we still have 20% to forget or be lazy ;) But the day after we know how to bring our body to balance again.
